After voluntarily retiring from his service as a Police Constable in 2009, he pursued his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and founded Anjaneya Property Developers the same year. With a strong commitment to quality and integrity, he led the company into layout developments, apartment constructions, and contract works, earning a reputation for reliability and trust among clients and partners.
In 2013, as part of the company’s growth and expansion, he re-established the firm as Anjaneya Housing Estates Pvt. Ltd., marking a new chapter of progress and professionalism.
Under his leadership, the company continues to deliver exceptional real estate projects built on values of transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Sambasiva Rao’s vision and hands-on approach have been the cornerstone of Anjaneya Housing Estates’ steady success and trusted name in the industry.
Jangala Venkatesh
Mr. Jangala Venkatesh completed his M.Pharmacy in 2012 from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, and began his professional journey in the pharmaceutical field, where he worked for two years gaining valuable industry experience.
In 2014, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and inspired by his father’s legacy, he took over the family business as the Director of Anjaneya Housing Estates Pvt. Ltd. Since then, he has been exclusively managing the company’s construction and contract operations, bringing in modern strategies, innovative thinking, and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Venkatesh is also actively involved in community service. He is the Chartered President of the Rotary Club of Tadepalli, which is part of Rotary International, reflecting his commitment to social responsibility and leadership in both business and community development.
